The email address to contact the Geryon administration team is geryon.support(at)astro.puc.cl. Send requests for new accounts, authorizations for large runs, and endorsements of students to this address.
For all requests related to technical support (installation of code libraries, problems submitting jobs or with disk storage, etc) please use instead the support tickets system available at http://www.astro.puc.cl/tickets.
To keep away the spam a username and password are required to access the tickets webpage. If you do not know them, please contact the administration team.
Once you have reached the tickets page, click the ‘Open a New Ticket’ button and fill in your details in the form that will appear, selecting ‘Geryon Support’ from the options in the ‘Help Topic’ drop-down menu. A numbered ticket with your request will be created, and a member of the support team will be notified. To check the status of your ticket, to add more information or to ask further questions, go to the support tickets page, click the ‘Check Ticket Status’ button instead, and enter the email address you provided when opening the ticket and the number of the ticket.
